Shipping
- Packaging and shipping of confirmed orders usually take 2 business days. Once the order has been shipped, it can take anywhere between 2 to 7 days to reach the destination.
- We offer free shipping on all orders from Rs.999 within India. We do not offer free shipping on international orders and returns.
- Customers will receive tracking details over WhatsApp, SMS or E-mail once the order is shipped.
- In case you are ordering personalised items or gold and silver jewellery together, you order may arrive in parts.
Returns and Exchange

- You can return and exchange all unused and unworn items for 15 days without any hassle or questions asked. Although, this 15-days return and exchange policy does not apply to personalised jewellery. We reserve the rights to process refunds after checking the returned items.
- Any shipping charges, if paid when placing the order are non refundable in case of return and exchange.
- Refunds and exchanges will incur an extra cost of Rs.300 to be paid by the customer. This is made to ensure maximum safety and tamper-safe re-packaging of the returned/exchanged items to our warehouse/store. The refund of the amount mentioned in the invoice shall be initiated once the item(s) are received back in our warehouse/store.
- To initiate the return or exchange of your order, please use the website. If you are unable to do so, email us at frontdesk@sudarshanjewels.com and we will arrange for the return/exchange. Once the return is booked, make sure to be available for the reverse pick-up ,and we request to answer calls from our delivery partner. In case of failure to do so, our delivery partner, at their discretion, will mark the reverse pick-up as failed and the return will have to be re-initiated.
- If items are missing from returned orders, that is, where the customer claims to have returned multiple items but actual reverse pick-up doesn't contain all said items, the company has a right to deduct an amount up to the full MRP of the missing product from the refund amount. This shall extend to promotional products, including but not limited to free gifts or discounts.
- In case the customer uneventfully receives an empty parcel or a missing item, we would kindly request you to reach out to our customer support at +91-9839263377 within 24 hours of the package being delivered. We will be requiring a 360 degree unpacking video of the package to further process the request. In case of insufficient evidence or visible signs of tampering with the package, your claim might result in not being considered. In all such cases, SUDARSHAN JEWELLERS reserve the right to take the final descision.

Ready-to-Ship Items: You may cancel your order for any gold or silver ornament free of charge as long as the order has not yet been dispatched from our facility.

In such cases, you may choose to follow our Returns & Refunds Policy after receiving the product. If you refuse delivery, the refund will be processed only after the product is returned to us and passes our quality check. Shipping charges and a nominal processing fee will be deducted.
